Sid:  Now if you have been reading a newspaper, watching TV, listening to the radio, or just plain talking to people you know that our economy in the United States of America is a colossal mess.  It seems that before our very eyes it’s getting even messier. That’s why I have my good friend on the telephone, he’s actually I caught up with him in Washington, DC.  His name is Dr. Larry Bates, he’s Publisher and Editor of the “Monetary and Economic Review”, his formally a bank CEO, he’s formally a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives where he chaired the powerful committee on banking and commerce.  He’s an internationally recognized speaker on political systems, the Federal Reserve and how they affect the economy and your assets.   Now Larry, one of the things you’re able to do is to make things that are complex, simple.  What is the cause of the mess?

Larry:  Well, I was raised on a farm in middle Tennessee.  My dad always said, “Get the hay down where the cows can eat it.”  And God has given me a gift to take complex subjects of economics, banking and finance and to make it simple.  And to answer your question, what has caused the current predicament we find ourselves in its real simple we have left God’s laws!  In other words, when you leave God’s plans in the scriptures you get in trouble every time.  You know back in Amos chapter 8 verses 4 & 5 it says “And they made the shekel or dollar larger, they were inflated back in Amos’s day and the epoch, or bushel, smaller where it bossed less grain and cheated with dishonest scales.”  You see there is nothing new under the sun; this is exactly what we’re doing our entire system was designed to fleece people who didn’t know how the system was working.  How do I know that?  Well John Maynard Keynes, who is the architect of our current economic system, and he was a British professor. He said in his book written in 1920 entitled “The Economic Consequences of Peace.”  And think about that title, the economic consequences of having peace.  He said, “By continuing process of inflation governments can confiscate secretly and unobserved an important part of the wealth of its citizens.  He said, “There is no more sure, no more subtle way to overturn the existing bases of society than to take a vow to destroy the currency.”  And listen to this, he closes out and he say “And it engages all the processes of economic law that come down on the side of destruction and does it in a manner that not one person in a million can diagnosis.”  We’ve diagnosed this in a DVD set that we’re offering your listeners out here and it’s kind of very simple.  John 8:32 says “And you shall know the truth and the truth will make you free.”  It’s not the truth that makes us free it’s our knowledge of the truth that makes us free.  Hosea 4:6 says “My people are destroyed for they lack knowledge.”  And this is what we have to do is understand the system and the system is a debt based economy and a debt based monetary system and that’s what’s caused our problems.

Sid:  Okay, basics “What do you mean by a debt based economy and debt based monetary system?”

Larry:  Okay, back in 1913 we gave the Federal Reserve, which is neither Federal and has doubtful reserves, but a private bank owed by a number of banks.  If you pull out any bill out of your wallet you’ll see at the top Federal Reserve Note.  What’s a note?  It’s an I.O.U. look on that bill and see what it promises to pay you.  It just says this note is legal tender for all debts public and private.  Now I have a series 1950 Federal Reserve Note that says this Note is legal tender for all debts public and private, and is redeemable in lawful currency at the United States Treasury or any Federal Reserve Bank.  So what’s lawful currency?  According to Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. constitution, it is gold and silver coin.  So what we have done we have divorced the currency from the currency of the Bible gold and silver, and we got into trouble.  And this is exactly why we have a problem; right now we have roughly 40 Trillion dollars with a “T” of domestic debt.  Now that is the Federal debt of some 9 Trillion dollars, State, County, Municipal debt, corporation debt, mortgage debt and consumer debt all put in one big pile.  Now this debt is like a herd of cows, it’s eating and drinking every day, it has to be serviced.  So how do you service debt?  Well, you have to pay money on your debt; first dollar of your payment goes for what?  Interest to pay back the bankers for use of the money, and when you look at the money supply available to pay the debt we find that the MZM,  Money Zero Maturity.  That is a term that is used to measure the broad based money supply is roughly 8 trillion dollars.  Let’s do the math.  Subtract 8 trillion of money from 40 trillion of debt we have a 32 trillion dollar problem.  As they say in NASA, “Houston, we have a problem.”

Sid:  How long can we keep printing white paper with green ink with no gold and silver behind it?

Larry:  Well, it’s a con-game and as long as you can keep people uninformed and believing that the government is always going to take care of you it’s indefinite because of people’s being destroyed for lack of knowledge as we read in Hebrews 4:6.  It’s kind of hard to estimate exactly when that will occur.  See economics is nothing but human action, and the only glue really holding this whole economy really together Sid is nothing but the reassuring babble coming out of the mouths of Central Bankers, government officials and the Wall Street crowd.  And you know it’s one of those things where if that’s pretty weak glue it’s pretty simple misstatement could cause this thing to come unraveled, we could have a terrorist attack, we could have a natural disaster, many things conversing.  Having left God’s law and having left God’s plan we get in trouble every time.

Sid:  Well, let me ask you this question then.  Could you because of your knowledge accurately predict what’s going to happen to our economy?

Larry:  Absolutely.  In fact given these parameters we know exactly and we point this out in the video series.  There is one or two things will happen, either number one just because you have more debt than there is money to pay the debt then you’ll have collapse because of default.  And this is why we have people on Wall Street scrambling everyday to keep these big brokerage houses floating.

Sid:  I’ve been reading about these various mutual funds that are going under.

Larry:  That’s right, mutual funds, hedge funds…

Sid:  Especially the hedge funds.

Larry:  You bet and we estimate that the hedge fund notional value, note I say notional value is over 400 trillion dollars which leverage upon leverage upon leverage.  But one or two things will happen Sid, either we will have default or number two the Federal Reserve will have to print the money and create massive amounts of new credit just to keep the game going.  What you do is, this silent pickpocket, the unseen tax of inflation politicians can’t get blamed for it; people don’t understand the Federal Reserve causes it so as a result we end up paying the cost of our own bail out and the bankers continue in business such as we have the bailout of the Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac.

Sid:  Well, both choices don’t sound good to me, what’s the time frame that you estimate for this to occur?

Larry:  Sid, I believe that we have a minimum of two years maximum of five years to get out house in order.  We need to get our house in order economically, politically and most of all spiritually because 1^st Corinthians Chapter 2 says that what we’re talking about here today, the natural mind does not understand because it is spiritually discerned.  People have got to become men and women of the Book, they got to become men and women of prayer and hewn in on what God is saying.  See none of what is happening Sid has caught God by surprise, he’s not having an anxiety attack on what’s happening here on earth.  He told us what’s going to happen, when we have left God we ceased to be blessed as a nation.  But you know God will always raise up a remnant to be His representatives here on planet earth and exciting times we’re facing.  I’m not a doom and gloomer, I’m excited for the future but excited for those who know and understand the times like the men of Issachar.

Sid:  Well, I’m reminded of the scripture the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.  Do you see a great wealth transfer occurring to those that know their God?

Larry:  Absolutely, and not only know their God, but ask God for wisdom.  Ask God for wisdom and understanding and He will give it to us according to the scriptures and He will not upbraid us for asking.

Sid:  Now someone said to me recently, “I got money, I’m putting it in the bank, the bank has a limit that they’ll guarantee, but even beyond that I’m going to lose it to inflation, I’m only getting a couple percent interest.  Is there something better I can do with my money?

Larry:  There really is, and you know the Bible is very clear it says “Be careful to know the state of your flocks.”  In fact, in the video series we point out that there are two types of asset holdings, loaner ship and ownership and we show people how you need to be moving and shifting money in this particular periless times because if you sit there and do nothing or if you follow the world’s system of some financial advisor.  There are a lot of financial out here who are believers, but that means they’re saved what do they know?  Do they understand the system other than what has been taught to them by their Wall Street bosses?  So this is what we need to do is understand the times, understand how this system works, it’s not difficult, it’s really, really simple….

Sid:  Well, the thing that makes you so unusual is that you do have the knowledge but you also have some inside information that is legal, it’s available in every book store in America.  It’s called the Bible and when you put the wisdom God has given you, the Bible and your knowledge of the economy and the political arena together…

Sid:  My guest is red hot for the Messiah; he’s Rabbit Jonathan Bernis, a Messianic Jewish Rabbi, Executive Director of Jewish Voice Ministries International.  We’re releasing his brand new book; the title is “A Rabbi Looks at the Last Days.” Jonathan you have a chapter in your book that is so important and that is because we’re coming at a very precise time, the fullness of the Gentile Age, which means the Spiritual scales are being removed from the eyes of Jewish people which means Jewish people are beginning to ask good questions and they desire good answers.  Give us some tips on do and don’ts and maybe even some prophecy to share about the Messiah to the Jewish person that God himself is going to have cross our path.

Jonathan:  Well Sid thank you for asking me this question because this is what both you and I live for, to share the gospel with our Jewish people, and to see Israel saved.  That was Paul’s heart cry when he said that he would give up his very salvation for his own people, the people of Israel, and then he numerates eight things that they have blessed the Church with, the world with in fact.  And I’ve asked the question often “Why does Paul tell me Roman’s the Gentile audience that He would give up his very salvation for Israel and that he carries this burden for them when he’s speaking to Gentiles?”  And the answer is I believe is that He wants to communicate this burden with the Gentile Church so that they will fulfill their mandate, their role in provoking the Jewish people to jealousy.  Unfortunately we have a 2,000 year history of only provoking the Jewish people in the Name of Christ and Christianity rather than provoking them to jealousy.  Now Sid, first of all how do you provoke someone to jealousy?  Not by tormenting them or ignoring them or persecuting them.  You provoke someone to jealousy by the possessing something that they don’t have and want.  If my neighbor, for example, if I wanted a Lamborghini, or a Ferrari, and my neighbor bought one and was pulling it into his driveway everyday that might bring me to jealousy because I don’t have one, I have an old beat-up Volkswagen how does that work spiritually?  Provoke Jewish people to jealousy or anyone for that matter by demonstrating a life that is a better quality than they have by demonstrating peace, in times of economic hardship, we demonstrate that we have peace because we have our citizenship and our hope is not in this world but in the Kingdom of heaven.  We demonstrate patience, we demonstrate love, we demonstrate a sense of destiny and purpose in our lives, that goes a long way with anyone particularly Jewish people.  The Jewish people are seeking after God without knowledge; they’re seeking after a sign.  When you pray over a Jewish person and Jewish people may not want to be preached at, but they’re often willing to have you pray for them and their healed, that’s going to provoke them to jealousy.  But we have to understand Sid that we do have a responsibility to the Jew first and that the Jewish people that God has put into our life are not there by accident, they’re God incidents not coincidences, and we have a responsibility to demonstrate the love of God, the peace of God, the power of God through our lives, that’s first and foremost.  Secondly, the Jewish person doesn’t come to faith, doesn’t come to know the Lord any differently than the Gentile in the sense that it comes, salvation comes about as we realize our sin and separation from God and our need to turn to Him and embrace Him by faith.  It we believe in our heart and confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord, that God raised Him from the dead, we shall be saved because it says in Roman’s 10 “That all that call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.”  The challenge Sid, the problem is that the Bible says that it’s very simple that they only need to confess and they’ll be saved but they can’t confess without believing and they can’t believe unless one proclaim.  So Christians, believers that are listening must boldly proclaim their faith with Jewish people.  Now there are some tips in sharing with Jewish people, one is semantics, we need to be careful to understand that Jesus and Christ and Christianity, and baptize, and convert are words that mean something very different to a Jewish person than to a Christian or to a true believer.  When a Jewish person hears that you must convert, they think leave their Judaism and be a trader; it’s not that at all.  Believing in Jesus, in Yeshua is the most Jewish thing that you can believe because this is not Jesus Christ son of Mr. & Mrs. Christ the God of Christianity.  The God of the New Testament, this is Yeshua Hamashiach, Jesus the Messiah, the promised Messiah foretold not only in the Torah, the first five books of Moses but throughout the writings and the Prophets in what we call the Tenach, or the Old Testament.  And if you can communicate not Jesus Christ but the Jewish Messiah foretold in the Jewish prophets it’s a much more effective way of sharing our faith.  There’s prophecy after prophecy Sid that clearly speak of the Messiah and you can identify Yeshua in these prophecies.

Sid:  Now, when you’re in the former Soviet Union and you’re having a Jewish festival you share as you did earlier this week your testimony, but then what prophecies do you usually share with these unsaved Jewish people?

Jonathan:  Well, let’s backup and say testimony is so important because Jewish people who may not want to be preached at are interested in the supernatural.  And so your testimony is supernatural, and don’t underestimate the value of telling someone how God changed your life, what you were like, how He changed your life and what He’s done since.  I always do that and my primary focus Sid when I stand up in front of Jewish people is to say, “Here’s who I was, here’s what God did in my life to change it and I want you to know that He can change you today, just as He did in my life 28 years ago.”  That is so powerful, but then there’s prophesies in the scriptures, in the Jewish scriptures such as Isaiah 53, I often tell me story Sid where you got the Bible from, the Jewish scriptures from your Rabbi and had him sign it and then read it to your father, who told you not to bring a New Testament into His home and He couldn’t believe that it was in the Old Testament.  When you told him it was, he said, “I never trusted that Rabbi,” that’s a great story, I love that story because why did he do that?  Because it so clearly speaks of the Messiah and the person of Jesus fulfilling all of these prophecies in Isaiah 53 that He would be rejected, but that He would bear the sins of His people, the people is Israel; that by His stripes we are healed.  It talks in Isaiah 53 about being crucified between two thieves and buried in the tomb of a rich man, all fulfilled in detail by Jesus.  And then you have Jeremiah 31 verses 31-33 which promise a New Covenant with the Children of Israel and the House of Judah that will be different from the Mosaic Covenant where He would forgive their sins and remember them no more, and write the law on their own Jewish scriptures and clearly it’s fulfilled in the New Testament.

Sid:  But of course the thing that many Jewish people will say is “Jesus could not be the Messiah because we’re supposed to have peace on earth when the Messiah comes.”  Look at it, there is anything but peace.

Jonathan:  Well, there’s some truth to that because there’s prophecies in the Jewish scriptures that talk about the Messiah ushering in peace, but there’s other prophecies that talk about the suffering Messiah.   How did the Rabbis that lived in the time of Yeshua interpret this?  Well they came up with a two Messiah theory Sid, that there must be two Messiah, Messiah Ben Joseph, who like Joseph would be imprisoned and rejected by his family.  And then there would be a Messiah Ben David which would fulfill the prophecies of victory and peace and the idea was the theory was that these two Messiahs would both come.  Messiah Ben David would resurrect Messiah Ben Joseph who would be killed and they would both rule.  Now that may sound farfetched, but in reality it’s not that far off from the truth, it’s simply rather than two Messiahs coming once, it’s one Messiah coming twice it’s true that Messiah will ultimately have to usher in world peace but He does that upon His return.  His first coming Messiah Ben Joseph, a person dies and pays the price for our sins and returns as the Messiah Ben David in power and judgment and ushering in a condition of peace according to Isaiah 11.

Sid:  Jonathan your brand new book “A Rabbi Looks at the Last Days,” in your heart of hearts why did you write this?

Jonathan:  I wrote it Sid because every Christian, every believer is called to be a coworker in the last days with the Holy Spirit in bringing about world redemption.  How is world redemption ushered in?  By life from the dead that happens as the Jewish people are gathered back, are restored as the natural olive branches are grafted back into their natural olive tree.  I want to see every believer fulfill their destiny and their destiny is tied to Israel and the Jewish people.  And that’s not being proclaimed enough Sid.  That’s why I wrote the book.

Sid: Hello. Sid Roth here. Welcome to my world where it’s naturally supernatural. There are such strange phenomena going on in a supernatural fashion around the world, that I’ve asked my friend L.A. Marzulli, who has spent the last few years of his life documenting these things. Most people read a little headline, but they don’t understand how serious these things are, and what their signs are pointing to. For instance, have you noticed the increased number of earthquakes, tsunamis, these tragic events, strange weather patterns, sinkholes just mysteriously opening up. There have even been reports of sounds coming from the center of the earth that are very eerie. UFO abductions and they’re being verified. Cattle mutilation. But it was supernatural, not just some crazy man doing it. Mystery codes being revealed in the Scripture that’s predicting the future, mystery of the Mark of the Beast. L.A., I can see how God handpicked you to do this investigation. Because you see, L.A. was raised Catholic. He was disillusioned and he had never seen the supernatural. So what happens the first supernatural he sees, he thinks it’s good, but it’s not. It’s demonic. He gets involved in the new age and he goes through a whole maze in that, and he gets pretty high up with a Maharaja and he’s in an ashram, and he’s part of this Maharaja’s orchestra, does a 10-city tour. And then the highlight. They come to the Houston Astrodome. What was the purpose of them coming to the Astrodome?

L.A.: It was the gathering of all the devotees of Maharaja into the Astrodome. Numbers were sort of, the expected like tens of thousands of people. It wasn’t the case. They probably had about 20,000 people. But the purpose was, it was called Millennium, and we were told that this was going to be a life changing event. And it was life changing for me only because I saw something when I was on that platform with the orchestra that night that sort of gave me a hint that maybe what I was looking at wasn’t what I thought it was.

Sid: What did you actually see? I mean, you weren’t looking for this. But you had a revelation of, there was something there beyond the people.

L.A.: There was a large platform, which was the stage, and behind the stage was a dais. And the holy family was perched on this dais with the girl on the very top most part of the dais. And this was in an evening service. The crowd was applauding and just lots of energy from the crowd, and the orchestra played and got the crowd warmed up. And then the guru came out and had this big crown thing on. And I remember my friend nudging like this and said, “Take a look behind you.” And I glanced back like this. Now here were the members of this so-called holy family, the mother, a few brothers and the girl on the highest part of this dais. And as I looked at them, I had no words to describe this or no dialogue to articulate it as I’m doing so now. But they did not look entirely human. And what I mean by that, they were human, but there was a power that was emanating, coming through them. And I didn’t ascertain or couldn’t ascertain at the time whether the power was benevolent or malevolent. I just saw power and it was overwhelming.

Sid: Okay. So he left that organization. He decided enough with this craziness. I’m going to go into business. Things didn’t work out too well. He gets a hold of a book. Tell me briefly about that book.

L.A. I was sort of at the nadir of my journey and a spiritual lock looking for something. And I was 30 years old and I was reading book by David Hunt called “The Cult Explosion”. And as I was reading that book I was going Silva Mind Control, in there. EST, looked into that, all sorts of gurus. I just went like a checklist going through each of those things. And at the back of the book is this little prayer. I’m alone in my room. There’s nobody on television exhorting me to accept Yeshua as Lord and savior, none of that. And I just read this little prayer and this was it. I just said, look, I don’t whether you’re real or not, but if you are, come into my life. I braced myself like this and kind of waited, looked around and nothing happened of course.

Sid: I had that same experience, and here’s what I thought. Well I guess it didn’t work. Maybe it worked for someone else. It didn’t work for me. But what happened?

L.A.: Well about a month later I awakened from an extremely troubling dream. It shook me. The dream shook me to my core and I woke up just bawling. And that was the beginning of sort of the taking me out of the kingdom of darkness or all the occult stuff I had been in and moving me away from that into another dimension or another paradigm, as it were.

Sid: And you know, even though I thought and L.A. thought God didn’t hear that prayer because we didn’t feel anything, we didn’t see anything, we didn’t sense anything, God heard the prayer. And the same thing happened in my life, literally. The Spirit of God flooded my room and I have never, I don’t understand a backslider. But what I believe, L.A., is that people that are involved in the dark side that then have a tremendous transforming experience, perhaps like Saul of Tarsus, who became Paul the Apostle, we have like a supernatural sense for the demonic, knowing whether something is demonic or something is of God. Are you finding this true in your life?

L.A.: Absolutely. I mean, everything that I work on and all my research in investigative reporting, it all comes down to looking at what is happening. Let’s say, for instance, something manifest. What I mean by manifest, it appeared in Cairo about two years ago over a Coptic church. And what it was, was these light figures. It was so overwhelmed by this thing and it made sure all the power of this town was completely cut out. But guess what? Even though there was no electric power, these entities, these light entities appeared over this Coptic Church and did so for about two weeks. Thousands of people thronged to this area to look at the phenomenon that was going on. But see, no one tested the spirits. No one, well what is this thing? Everyone just assumed it was a benevolent aberration. Not so fast.

Sid: You know, when we come back I want L.A. to talk about these people that are being abducted by so-called flying saucers and what does he think this power is. But the thing that is so amazing is they’re putting implants in people. And he has actually talked to the doctor that has removed these implants, and he has amazing information. Don’t go away.

Sid:  My guest Paul Keith Davis, I’m going to take you back always Paul you were not raised in a church going family, but at age twelve you had an amazing encounter with the Lord, tell me about that.

Paul Keith:  Well I certainly did, it was certainly a life changing event for me and I had not had much experience with God, I’d just been to church on a very small scale.  But at that age I had a cloud come down and talk to me.  And I didn’t even understand it at the time, but He spoke to me about myself and He spoke to me about Himself.  I actually asked the question, I said, “Who are you?”  And He said, “I am God, and when He said that that expression set parameters in my life that though I wasn’t born again I had an awareness of God and even a love for God.  And it was many years later as a freshman in college that I was born again.

Sid:  But let me take you back, “Did he give you an insight into your life back there at age twelve or no.

Paul Keith:  No mainly what He did He gave me an awareness of Him that He was there, that He loved me, I was very much aware of that.  I felt the most incredible sense of peace.  I remember the event, I’m fifty-one now but I remember the ever the event now as if it were just yesterday.  And just a sense of calm perfect peace, security that I felt in the experience set some parameters because I was about to go through a five or six year season of my life that was very very difficult. And without that revelation that He gave me that day I probably would not have survived it.

Sid:  Well, and from what I understand you had an abusive home situation, but you were an athlete and you got a scholarship to college.

Paul Keith:  Yep.

Sid:  And you say that when you went into business you missed it, what do you mean?

Paul Keith:  Ninety-seventy-nine, I went to college in ’75 and believe it or not we had an incredible group of dynamic Christians at our university, Mississippi State University.  And so I had four years of discipleship in college which is very very rare and by the end of 1979 as we were about to graduate the very same young man that had lead me to the Lord came to me and began to talk to me about my destiny and being filled with the Holy Spirit and living the Spirit Filled life.  And I actually rejected, I just had not really seen the fullness of what I actually preach now, I had been pulled between two camps, what is known as the Marantha group, which was Bob Weiner’s Group you know on the universities in those days and then…

Sid:  At that time that was really booming.

Paul Keith:  It was incredible, it was some of the most dynamic evangelistic on fire young Christian that you’ve ever met.  And I turned my back on that in order to go into the business arena.  And it cost me ten years, but thankfully the Lord redeemed that time, but it was also a learning experience.

Sid:  Now, when you came back in 1989 it was almost like the giftings you had the revelatory giftings you had almost lifted when you went into business and when you decided that you’re coming back to serving the Lord first they came back.

Paul Keith:  That is exactly right and interestingly the very first real revelatory experience on a personal level was far the very young man that led me to the Lord in 1975.  We had not had contact in ten years, I had accepted the fullness of God, had been filled with the Holy Spirit and I had a vision word of knowledge experience and I called him to give it to him; and it just so happened that he had just had a car wreck that week and whole word was about how the enemy was trying to take him out.  And he was in Virginia if I remember right and I was in Mississippi at the time so we had no contact and so it was just in a very encouraging thing that the Lord picked that person to be one of the first revelations.

Sid:  And one of the things I find interesting is you’ve made it a point to study people with revelatory gifts and study their lives.  Why do you do that?

Paul Keith:  That’s a great question.  Starting in 1989 I began to have encounters with God that I had no grid for.  I would be taken in the visions, and I didn’t even understand what a vision was; but I would see things.  I would see experientially truth that was, being lived out.  I’ll give you an example, in those days it was not uncommon, I don’t know exactly how this works, but I would be taken into a meeting that was taking place in the 1950s.  And it was like I was able to watch William Branham preaching and ministering or some other minister of that generation.  And so when I would come out of that I would go to the Bible and I would see in the Word of God the very thing that I saw being demonstrated in those meetings.  And so as a result of that the only source of understanding that I could find was to go to those people and begin to understand their ministry.  The very first person that I studied was Kenneth Hagen, I read a book by Kenneth Hagen called “I Believe in Visions.”

Sid:  I read that same book.

Paul Keith:  And it changed my life, it changed – that was when I began to realize oh my goodness the Lord still does this today, everything that He ever did in the Bible.  And that was revolutionary for me and so as I began to have these experiences and you know the thing is I wouldn’t even seek out these materials.  Many times people would bring them to me, I would get something in the mail, I would just stumble across some person’s ministry like Smith Wigglesworth, or John G. Lake, or Aimee Semple McPherson, and one lady I love was Moriah Woodworth Etter.  And much of what I saw in my experience is was demonstrated in Moriah Woodworth Etters ministry.

Sid:  Now I knew a little bit about her from reading but you bring out facts about her I’ve never heard before like when she was called to preach and the Word was right on the wall.  Tell me about that.

Paul Keith:  Most amazing thing, she writes it in her own diary and she tells of her commissioning experience having had a hunger for God, but because of the circumstances of her day the late 19th century, unable to minister she had married someone that had been injured in the Civil War.  And the life was very very hard she had buried five children, and one day she turned around in there stood the Lord Jesus Christ right there in her cabin. By her own words he was standing there just like he appeared to the eleven disciples in that upper room that day. And He asked her a question,  a strange question, maybe the one’s He’s asking us today.  He turned to her and said, “Well Lord I’m a woman”, and I’m pretty sure that before He showed up, but He apparently didn’t have a problem with that and so I certainly don’t either.”  And so He then asked the question again, “Why aren’t you in My vineyard?”  And she said, “Lord I don’t know Your Word,” and she had always had a hunger to go to Bible School but because of the circumstances couldn’t.  So she said that the Lord pointed her attention to wall in her little cabin and right there on the wall was a Bible supernaturally imposed and she said the Glory of God was emanating from it.  And the moment her eyes fell on it she said in her own journal, she said I understood it from Genesis to Revelation.

Sid:  My goodness I’d kind of like to get in on that particular one!  Ha-ha.

Paul Keith:  I would too.  Ha-ha.  You know the same thing happened to Roland Buck, you know Roland Buck had over 2000 scriptures inscribed upon his heart by revelatory encounter in 1977.  And so I know that God does that; I think that we still have to study to show ourselves approved, but on some level it’s very possible that the Lord could show up and take our understanding to an entirely new parameter.

Sid:  …your new book “Angels that Gather.”  And I imagine that it really came into being in 2003 in Albany, Oregon; tell me about that experience.

Paul Keith:  Very unusual day, My wife and I had traveled from the east coast to the west to do a church dedication of about 1600 people were there.  Had traveled all day in the airport you know not very much of a, wasn’t praying and fasting, but when we arrived in Oregon my wife was very tired, she stayed in the motel room so I went to the service just to say hello to everyone and the service had already begun.  Don Potter was leading worship and I stepped into the side door of the sanctuary as they were about to lead me up to where the pastor was and the moment I set one foot into the sanctuary I saw the people as they were worshipping in the natural but with my next step what was in the natural was in the spirit.  I don’t know how it happened, but it was just as if my spiritual eyes were open and with my natural eyes I looked across the back of the church which was a very wide church and angels were standing from one corner of the building to the other.  They were about six feet apart, each one was I would estimate to be 7 and 7 ½ feet tall; I’m 6 2” and so they were taller than me and so I’m just estimating, I was about 25’ from them.  I’m still walking, but I’m looking at them with our natural eyes wide open, and I noticed that some of them had on a golden sash; everyone had a white robe but some had on a golden sash, some had a belt around their waist it was made with a golden rope like material.  They had a very unusual countenance, I’ve seen a few angels, not a lot, but I’ve some. These had on the most unusual countenance of any I’ve seen it was very inviting.  It was as if they showed up you would know that everything was going to be okay.  And they just were standing there watching worship as it was going on and I asked the question as I was walking I said, “Lord, who are they?”  And instantly the answer came back in a very resounding way saying, “They are angels that gather.”  And to my knowledge I had never heard that expression before in my life.

Sid:  Why did you write this book?

Paul Keith:  That book was birth out of that experience and in subsequent ones that came after that because the Lord has given us a message concerning the harvest.  And the very fact that we saw those angels is proof positive that we are in the generation that Jesus referred to in Matthew 13 when He said, “That the Son of Man will send forth His angels that gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks and everything offense then the righteous will shine as the sun in the Kingdom of our Father.”  And He said in that parable interpreting His own parable that at the end of the age there will be the harvest and at that time He will send a specially equipped company of angels to co-labor with us to bring in a harvest.  And of course what He has told me since then is that this first wave of harvest will simply be a harvest of harvesters, that what we will see right now in this next season, we’ve been in it to a measure, but not on the level that we’re about to see.  But we’re going to see an incredible wave of harvest in days ahead, starting right now and we’re going to think that it’s the great harvest, but the Lord said, “No, this is just the harvest of the labors.”

Sid:    Now you also talk about in your book that it really equips people to enter into this harvest but it’s an end time harvest of souls, of promises of God; of commissions, of mantles to equip the equippers.  Oop we’re out of time.

Sid:   My guest, Kathie Walters, our subject: angels.  And Kathie you were talking and you speak a lot about the Honey Angel.  Tell us about the Honey Angel. 

Kathie:  I believe today we are supposed to release the honey and the Honey Angels before we get off the air.  But when the, sometimes if I’m at home at the weekend it is very, very rare I have a date with God and I usually lock myself in the house, I pull out the phone plug, I don’t tell anyone I’m here.  And this particular Saturday a few years ago I was waiting on the Lord and suddenly I felt the steps across my kitchen which is the next room to me.  And I thought, I know that there is no one in the house so it must be an angel, the next minute this angel was sitting on the side of my bed and he leaned over and he gave me a spoonful of honey.  So I ate the honey, I tasted the honey, I smelt the honey, and then he disappeared.  He wasn’t manifested like he was, but I could still sense him standing by the steps in my room.  On my mind you, you know I thought about the scripture, His word is like honey so I looked that up but I somehow thought that’s not what it’s about.  So since he’s still standing there I said, “What’s this with the honey?”  And he said to me, “Have you never read about Jonathan, when Jonathan ate the honey his eyes were enlightened.”  So I looked up those scriptures in Samuel where Saul’s army was going through the forest and Jonathan was hungry so he dipped his stick in the honey cone and ate the honey.  And some of the other soldiers they said, “Didn’t you know that Saul said we’re not to eat today and he said, “Didn’t you know that when I ate the honey, my eyes were enlightened.”  So I thought that, and I said, “Well, I’ll take that because if God’s got something you know I want it.”  Well, the anointing fell on me like a fire and the next minute I was lifted up in the spirit realm for two and a half hours.  That in case people don’t understand the difference between a vision and an open vision; a vision is when the Lord shows you a picture, a vision to show you something, to tell you something.  But an open vision is when you’re taken into the spirit realm and there’s no time or distance in the spirit realm.  I saw the call of God come back to let’s see to Wales, to Ireland and a lot of different places.  And then I saw a lot of people in the ministry it was like they were in my room or I was in their room or something, I don’t know how to explain but like I said, “There is no time or distance in the spirit realm.  And the Lord began to give me a word for each of these people I knew in the ministry and then I saw this Spirit falling on Australia, New Zealand and after two and a half hours that anointed lifted and I kinda came back.  And then the Lord spoke to me, this is what I’m excited about, He said, “Kathie I’m going to pour the honey on the Body” and ever since then in the meetings that I have you can begin to smell this aroma of honey.  And I know the Honey Angel is there, the spirit of revelation and then I see him just start to minister to people.  And they start, everybody start to smell the honey and things begin the change.  Because what before they just knew it in their mind, they begin to change and they begin to get revelation and then brought into the reality of things they just knew about, because part of that is just believing that it is for me, it is for everybody.  And the revelation begins to like pour into people, things that they’ve known for years and years suddenly became real and part of their life.  And around that same time another angel came to my house and he stood behind the sofa, my sofa in the living room for three and a half weeks.  And this angel had oil, he had a little pot of oil and people that came and sat on the sofa he would pour this oil over them and it really did feel like a river and they would just slide out of the sofa. And he, what the Lord told me was that he was anointing them for change because shortly after that all of those people that I know of received a major life direction change and word for their life.  But he came shortly after the revelation angel came so I believe that the angel of revelation as well as opening eyes so that you can move into that spirit realm it also opens you up to the different ways and changes of God so that you’re more flexible and be able to yield.

Sid:  How do angels operate with the healing gift?  For instance, when I’m speaking all of a sudden I’ll start speaking words of knowledge and without laying hands on anyone or anything people all over the auditorium are healed.  How is that operated?

Kathie:  That’s because see every one of us in the ministry there are angels appointed, not just you personally but to your ministry, they’re with your ministry they are appointed and they’re released.  As you minister they minister with you, so if your calling is more for healing, I know you have such a heart for healing so the healing angels as you speak they will also start to minister to people.

Sid:  Kathie, it’ time for you to pray.

Kathie:  Yes, okay.  “Thank You Father, thank you for all the people that are listening today.”  Thank you Lord that this realm of the spirit is our inheritance, it’s for everyone.  And Father I just release the spirit of revelation, the honey, I pray people will smell the honey, they’ll taste the honey.  Father I pray that people’s eyes will be opened to see the realm of the spirit to see the angels, to go in the chariots of God; to have heavenly visitations.  Father I pray that there are people will just come into a new dimension; not of something that is not there, but that they haven’t been aware of.  Father I release the angel, I release many angels.  I thank You for the angels that came into the earth last weekend, angels that haven’t been in the earth before.  Father I pray that there will be an increase in everything that people operate in including angelic activity in their life.  Father I pray that the angelic visions in people’s homes, in their churches, the manifestations, the perfumes, the healings will increase, increase, increase and the rain will come more and more and the wind will come more and more.  And I thank You Father for this dimension of the spirit that has being released right now out of Heaven into the earth.  I thank You Lord for flowing to people to flowing through people Lord.

Sid:  Now Kathie I know that angels are involved in finances, but this is ridiculous.  Very briefly tell me about the five gold coins.

Kathie:  Okay, there was an angel that was released into our ministry to help people get a breakthrough in their finances because we have to prosper there are things to do and places to go.  One morning we went up to my desk in the office where I write checks and stuff and there were five gold coins on the desk.  My staff had never seen them before, David had never seen them before, I had never seen them before, they just appeared five.  We picked them up we looked at them, turned them over, put them down again and somehow they went away.  Ha, but since then I’ve had an anointing in the meeting to break the poverty spirit and release people to be able to receive their finances that God has for them because like I said “We have to prosper, the Body has to prosper, people have things to do and places to go.”

Sid:   …In this last minute would you break that poverty spirit and pray for the finances quickly?

Kathie:  Yes, and also people need to know those CDs are very funny.

Sid:  They are, I agree.

Kathie:  Lord, I just break the power of that religious spirit of poverty and wrong teaching and I release that angel of finances to help people receive the finances that they need to accomplish the purposes of God in the mighty Name of Yeshua, Jesus Lord, in Jesus name, Thank You Lord, thank Jesus, ooo I can see that.

Sid:  What can you see right now.

Kathie:  People have coins coming out of heaven into people’s hands.  They just need to hold their hands and they receive breakthrough in they’re finances.  It’s a breakthrough for finances, oo I can feel that in my hand, I’ve got it myself, thank you God, ha-ha, ha-hah.

Sid:  Now Kathie, is an angel tickling you?

Kathie:  No, but I’ve got oil on my hand.

Sid:  Really.

Kathie:  I got a coin, a gold coin; that must be for me to go somewhere.

Sid Roth :  I think that it’s to go to Israel with us, but this is the Shabbat broadcast; let me bless everyone.  “The Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord cause His countenance to shine upon you and be gracious to you.  The Lord grant you His Shalom, His completeness in your spirit, in your soul and in your body.  In the name of the Sar Shalom, the Prince of Peace, Yeshua Ha’Mashiach Sekanu, Jesus the Messiah, our righteousness.”

Don:  You know I had so many experiences Sid along the way that as I would share those with other people they would say, “Well, you need to put this in a book, you need to write this down; most people don’t know this, they have not had this type of experience and so on.”  And the Holy Spirit began to urge me to do that as well.  I’ve found that deliverance was really pretty simple after being involved in it that the principals were always the same.

Sid:  Why are so many people afraid of it then if it’s so simple and the results are so wonderful?

Don:  Well, you know that a good question too and I think it’s because of the fear factor that’s involved.

Sid:  And it’s the demons that make you fearful because they are fearful if you’re not fearful they are going to be history.

Don:  Yeah exactly.  And so there is a great warfare going on there, but you know I don’t necessarily consider me being in a war.  I don’t experience it as a war, I experience victory, but I think that if the demons could do what they tell people what they are going to do, the fears that they bring to us, we’d just all be dead you know, they’d just kill us all.  I had an experience once in a deliverance where the demon’s speak through the people you know, they’re not coming out of the walls saying words.  But this one particular demon spoke through this person said, “I’m going to kill you, and I responded with so you talking to me?”  And he said, “Yeah, I’m going to kill you, somebody is going to die today and it’s going to be you.”  Well, this was coming through the man’s voice, but I knew that it was the demon.  Well, it just stirred the Holy Spirit inside of me and I said, “First of all demon the power of death and life is in my tongue, it’s not in your tongue and do you know who I am?  “I’m a child of God, I’m washed in the blood I’m a heir of God and a joint heir with Jesus Christ.”  And I just began to say who I was in Christ, but I commanded that demon to apologize.

Sid:  You got chutzpah, that’s a Hebrew word it means nerve!  Ha-ha.

Don:  Well yeah, yeah and I said, “I command you to apologize for that and he did, the man’s voice changed to almost like a little boy and he said, “I’m sorry.”  Well, there were people in the room who almost fell out of their chairs laughing you know like who this is who they claim they are and they claim that they are going to do a lot of things and sometimes it’s the way we receive their threats is what empowers them.  But we are somebody in Christ; it excites me that a demon would bow in the name of Jesus every time!  They don’t really have a choice.

Sid:  Now what are some of the things that drive the demons nuts, tell me some of the things they don’t like.

Don:  Oh well, obviously the name of Jesus, the name of Jesus is the authority.  But you know what, what I’ve seen in other deliverance type ministries is that some people want to bypass the demon’s permission and do it all just in the authority of the name of Jesus.  But if a demon has legal consent he doesn’t have to bow, he doesn’t have to obey he basically says, “You know what I have a right to be here, but once that…We use four basic principals always apply.  And number 1. Is either a person does or does not have demons.  I mean that’s obvious but that’s number 1.  Number 2. is if they do have demons it must be that the demon has some kind of legal right, either through unforgiveness or bitterness or hatred or anger or ancestral sin or trauma.  Trauma is a big doorway, but they have to have consent.  Well there is no consent, this is the third principal, there is no consent, it cannot be canceled in the name of Jesus.  Once a person’s willing to confess and repent of a particular doorway then the name of Jesus is absolute authority every time.

Sid:  But, you know that’s what your book is all about, it’s telling the legal rights the demons have and the higher legal rights that a Christian has.

Don:  Yes.

Sid:  But if a Christian doesn’t know he has higher legal rights he’ll die from a lack of knowledge.

Don:  Exactly, and that’s why I always tell people that this is never a power encounter.  If it’s about power, God verses a little demon, I mean that’s not a power encounter, but it’s a truth encounter.  And as we believe the lies of the demon it empowers them.  But when we speak truth and walk in truth it’s a non issue.

Sid:  Now, I know that all sickness is not demonic, but a lot of sickness is demonic, are you seeing people set free of various sicknesses once they get delivered?

Don:  Yes, and we see it consistently.

Sid:  What are some of the things you’ve seen people set free of?

Don:  You know probably the most common and this may even be a sickness a lot of people doesn’t know about it, but it’s called restless legs syndrome.  We see that healed all the time.  We see fibromyalgia healed, arthritis, joint pain, we see colon problems healed, we’ve seen aids healed some cancers.  They’re not always healed, but we’ve see virtually everything that’s name healed.  We have a friend who’s actually part of our ministry who’s spent eighteen and a half years in prison and he’s been out since 1990.  But he called me one day and said, “The doctor told him that he had Hepatitis C and that he only had five years to live.  Now this had been five years ago, and I said, “Well you know Ronny I’ve seen that healed and demons are source of it.  Well you know he was like, “No, I did it I opened the door I put the needles in my arm, and so on.” Well, I said, “Of course you opened the door, but the demons are doing the damage.”  So I told him, I said “You know all you have to lose is a couple of demons.”  So he came, he had already been through deliverance, but that was before he found out that he had this and we sat down and went through deliverance addressed those specific things.  The doorways he had opened and five demon spirits took responsibility for Hepatitis C, they had names, they had assignments on the liver and so on.  But we cast them out, Ronnie’s been back to the doctor two or three time for blood tests and their report is Hepatitis C is undetectable.

Sid:  What are some of the roots that you find for a lot of these diseases?

Don:  Well, arthritis, joint pains virtually always bitterness.

Sid:  But most Christians know that they’re suppose to forgive, is it possible for someone to be in unforgiveness and not even realize it?

Don:  I think so, probably what I see sometimes in that area Sid is a person will carry unforgiveness for a period of time and then at a point repent and be forgiven of the sin of unforgiveness.  But the demons who came may have come through that unforgiveness don’t necessarily leave just because you’ve repented.

Sid:  Well, how do you get them to leave then?

Don:  Well, Jesus said “Cast them out.”

Sid:  So you’re saying to me that someone could forgive, but if they don’t cast the demon out the damage stays with them.

Don:  We see that happened a lot.

Sid:  There is so much wisdom that you’ve learned from being involved in 25,000 deliverances that you’ve put in this book of yours, I mean this should be mandatory reading for every Christian.

Don:  Well, you know what the demons obviously don’t want this truth revealed because it’s not hard and it’s not like Hollywood where, you know heads are spinning and green vomit and I don’t ever see that.  I see some trembling sometimes and some shaking, but we don’t see things like that.  But we do see people healed and we see them set free.

Sid:  So people think the Hollywood deliverances and they don’t recognize how literally once you get your legal rights how easy it is.

Don:  Yeah.

Sid Roth:  I mean, that’s…we were talking earlier before the radio interview and I mean you make it sound so easy.

Don:  Well, you know if it wasn’t I couldn’t do it you know and I wouldn’t want to do it.  I guess there’s a victory and there’s a joy and it’s a little bit like winning somebody to the Lord you know, that’s a great joy.

Sid:  And my guest is Annette Omand and I’m speaking to her at her home in a suburb of Rotterdam, Holland and she is one of the testimonies in the book that we’re featuring this week called “Anointing for Healing.”  And Annette you had a son, a child with severe autism explain to me what autism is.

Annette:  Autism is total separation from in this case of some of the family; a total separation in the physical way; he didn’t want any physical contact, but also in communication.   There was no communication and also total separation actually from his own identity because he was filling his days with staring on a certain point and that was his day time.  And if he wasn’t doing that he was running through a room or he was hurting himself by banging his head on the floor or he was destroying himself.  Because we didn’t have any contact with Desmond, that’s his name; we didn’t know anything about him, I couldn’t even tell you what his favorite food was.  And beside that there was no development in his muscular skills or he was walking very strange and if he spoke it was only the main words and out of the main words we had to figure out what he meant.  But the strange thing with Desmond was that he had a high IQ, but he couldn’t do anything with it.

Sid:  Okay, so you went to a church and there was a prophecy and what was the prophecy about Desmond?

Annette:  Well, we went, I went to a church after a long time and I met a pastor and he just said to me because I told him the problem, my whole marriage everything was beginning to fall apart and he told me, and he looked me straight in the eyes and he said, “Did you know that God can heal Desmond?”  And even though I believed in God; even though I saw many miracles of Benny Hinn and many other people of God it was a big shock for me because I never even had the thought not just one single time that this could be also meant for Desmond, for my son.

Sid:  But after a period of time you actually went to a healing school and you started doing things different with Desmond, for instance he had this habit of just repeating over and over again the words, “I am Desmond,” his name, “I am Desmond, over all day long and you had him change that to what?”

Annette:  Yes, when Desmond was sitting on the floor he was shaking; we call it butter flying, in Dutch, and then he repeated “I am Desmond, I am Desmond.  And I discovered that the Word of God is so powerful and I discovered that the way we speak determines to get what God wants to give us; so I started to repeat something else and when Desmond did that.  And I said, “I am healed, I am healed, I am healed” and what happened was this instead of saying “I am Desmond” he started to speak all day, “I am healed, I am healed.”

Sid:  But two years passed, no results no change.

Annette:  No.

Sid:  I imagine between you and me, you got a little discouraged, but one day he came home and he looked into your eyes; explain that moment.

Annette:  He was coming home like every day, he went away 7:30 in the morning he came home 5:30 in the afternoon.  At 6:00 someone came to our house helping us giving him dinner and 7:00 always someone came to help us to get him into bed.  But this afternoon he stepped out of his bus and I opened the door and he looked me straight in the eyes and he said, “Mom, can I ask you something?”  And that was really strange because he was looking at me and then he asked me a question and he said, “Mom, why did you put me on a school with all these strange children, they behave strange, they don’t look at you, they shout and they don’t listen to anyone.”  And at that moment…

Sid:  Because he was in a school for people like himself and he was saying, “They‘re all very strange the way they act.”  Did you realize that he was healed was healed at that moment?

Annette:  Yes, I instantly realized that and you know my husband wasn’t a believer; he always let me go to church, but he didn’t believe in God.  But what I did I ran to the phone, I called my husband came home straight away because afterwards I talked to my husband, he said, “Well, somewhere I hoped that there would come a miracle.  So my husband came home and well, he started for the first time in his life a conversation with his son and we were convinced that he was healed, I was convinced by the Spirit of God and my husband was convinced by what he saw.  My husband gave his life to Jesus and I think I just cried.  Ha-ha.

Sid:  I am sure, and today and I just spoke with him on the telephone, he is preparing to enter law school!  Would you have ever thought that was possible?

Annette:    God gave us above anything we could ever think of and when they tested him for the second time, they found out that there was nothing left what was not normal anymore.  And the first year he broke every school record in sports and the year before that he couldn’t even ride a bicycle or catch a ball.  So everything was changed extremely and he developed within one year from an autist to a normal boy and that was a very very big miracle.  And the funny thing is that when he was diagnosed autism they said “Don’t make plans for the future, he will never be a doctor and anything like that.”  Well, he chose to go to law school but in the school that he is in he could also choose to become and doctor so it’s really amazing.  Ha-Ha.

Sid:  Alright, what about the mother that is listening right now and has a child with autism, do you believe there’s hope for their child or was it just something special God did for your son?

Annette:   I believe that because God’s words are written for those that believe them, and the only thing you have to do is to decide to believe what God has promised to accept the offer of Jesus Christ; that is all in the offer of Jesus Christ healing, healing is in the offer.

Sid:  I want to put Desmond on the telephone and he is twenty years old beginning to study law and I would like to know if you had any memory of what it was like when you had autism?

Desmond:  Well, that’s a long time ago, but what I remember of that period of my autism is that it was some strange feeling that you didn’t control what you were doing during the day.  It’s very strange it’s very difficult yeah; to translate in normal words do you know what I mean?  Yeah, it’s something and I know I said sometimes that I was like a marionette puppet and while strings was holding my body, but other words, I didn’t know but what I did was some other force forced me to do other things I did.  I think that that’s the best explanation, because if you never did make any of this in your life if you hadn’t had met it before it is very difficult to understand.  So with this marionette puppet it may be easier for the people to understand what kind of life I was in.

Sid:  Do you remember, I know that it was a long time ago, but do you remember the day you came home to your mother and you said, “Mom, can I ask you something?  “Why am I at a school with strange children and they don’t talk, they push one another down, they scream.”  Do you remember that day?

Desmond:  Well, when I remember it, it was like I was sitting in the bus and I was thinking with myself and something like that if you are controlled by other force, that sounds scary though, then you also you do not think for yourself because the force that was in you was thinking for you.  So I was sitting in the bus and I was thinking like a normal guy something that an autistic can’t do so there are centers, sorry for that, but I was thinking like, “What are those children doing at my school?”  I thought it was normal, but now it isn’t normal I see people laying down on the ground shaking, I see people getting people getting a knife to scare other people off with a knife to say, “I’ll stab you, I’ll stab you.”  I remember I had a boy in a class who signed in swastika on the board; so very scary it was it wasn’t normal so I was thinking about that.  And it was the first I was thinking about myself, so I came out of the bus, I say “Hi to the driver, I came to my Mother and asked “Mom, strange, people on the school, how is that, can you explain that, I don’t understand.”  And I think from that day on when I was thinking for myself, I really can say I was healed from that moment.

Sid Roth:  Desmond, would you pray for people with autism to be healed?

Desmond:  Okay, “Father in Heaven, God of all men, of all earth, I know that we know that you are a good God, that you have always a reward for the people who believe in you, who stands for you, who talks for you, who prays to you.”  “And I also believe that it’s in the Bible You say if you believe with your heart, without a doubt you can remove a mountain with just, just that little faith that’s enough to move the mountain, so the people God who believe in You who pray to You who ask You to help them, please God heal them because the reward for belief for them is healing and I know that you will do that for the people who believe in You, thank You. Amen.

Sid:  We want everyone everywhere to be red hot for the Messiah and when you understand the Biblical Feasts that they are the hour predict the first coming of the Messiah.  And to the hour they predict the return of the Messiah if you have eyes to see and ears to hear.  My guest Pastor Mark Biltz and Mark on yesterday’s broadcast we were talking about the Jewish roots of these Feasts that God calls My Feasts or My in the Hebrew means My appointments, appointments with God.  Let’s start out today with Passover.

Mark:  On Passover, that is when Messiah died, Unleavened Bread is when He was buried.  On First Fruits is when He rose from the dead.  And then on Pentecost or Shavuot that’s when the Holy Spirit was poured out.  And one of the exciting things that we do is how we keep Passover.  Last year we met at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma.  We had over 700 people from all different denominations, we had Christians and some Jews attend and we celebrated the Passover.  This year we’re looking at close to a thousand people coming to celebrate our Passover Seder at the Tacoma Dome; we’re really excited about that.  And then for like the Feasts of Trumpets, very exciting.  Last year we had a global Feast of Trumpets; we have people signed up from all over the world in every time zone.  And so as the Feasts of Trumpets began, we had people from every nation blowing the shofar all the way around the world.  And so we had this global wave of shofars being blasted and people communicated back from all over the world and what it was like for their individual groups.

Sid:  And what does it mean when the shofar’s being blown?

Mark:  When the shofar is being blown a lot of it, it means warning.  God is trying to warn us, it means to wake up, basically.  God wants us to wakeup; He wants the people to wakeup.  He wants to bring out a warning and I think it’s so amazing that on the Feast of trumpets that on, which was the seventh month, the Feast of the Seventh Month we blew the shofars and the Dow falls 777 points which was a 7% drop causing a 700 billion dollar loss on the 700 billion dollar bill bail out.  I think that it was amazing to me that God is trying to warn us about coming judgment and look what happened on that day.  But then also for the Feast of Yom Kippur what our congregation does, we all come to the congregation and we pray that Israel would have the blinders removed; that they would realize that Yeshua is their Messiah.  It’s the Day of Atonement and then on the Feast of Tabernacle’s we teach on the Feast of Tabernacles, we have a big Succot that we build at the church where we rent and everyone gets into the Sukkot, we encourage people to build their own little Sukkot’s at their own homes and to invite people over because the whole idea of the Feast of tabernacle is to celebrate the coming reign when we sit down with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob at the table and have that great supper and Messiah has returned.

Sid:  Now, you say that it’s a time to party!

Mark:  Yes it is, I think of it when the Lord is here it definitely will be a time to party.

Sid:  And you also say that Jesus was not born on Christmas, why do you say that?

Mark:  Well, yeah the Messiah I believe was born on the Feast of Tabernacles because when you look at it, the Lord wanted to Tabernacle amongst us and I believe He was born on the Feast of Tabernacles which would have been in the fall.  In the winter there is too much snow and cold rain and shepherds, the Talmud records that the sheep would all be back into their folds, they wouldn’t be out on the hills in the middle of winter.  The very fact that they said that there was no room in the Inn, there would have been all kinds of room in the Inn at the end of winter.  And one of the other reasons why Tabernacles was the day that Messiah was born too, also has to do with the birth of John the Baptist.  In Luke you see his Dad, Zacharias; it was during the Feast of Pentecost that he had a supernatural visitation that he would give birth to his son.  Well, Pentecost is in June and so we find that it was six months later that the angel appears to Miriam or to Mary.  Well that puts you at the end of December and so then it’s at that time that she has a baby well puts you into the end of September, so that shows you again that He would have been born a lot closer to the end of September rather than December.

Sid:  So we’re positive it wasn’t in the winter, it wasn’t Christmas time, his birth did not occur in December.  But what makes you think that it’s Tabernacles?

Mark:  Well, one of the most amazing things to me is one of the Covenants to Abraham was to be circumcised on the eighth day and here Tabernacles is seven days long and then there’s a separate special Feast; Simcha Torah, or Shemini Atzeret, or the eighth day.  And so here what do we see?  On the eighth day here the Messiah is taken into the Temple, He’s shedding His blood, in circumcision confirming the covenant to Abraham and to me that is just incredible.  And here Miriam thought that she was too poor and she couldn’t afford a lamb but she did, she had the Lamb of God right there.

Sid:  One of the things that you teach on that is just so supernatural to me is the ancient Hebrew language was actually pictures almost like Chinese, it’s the letter’s weren’t the same as they are today.  But the ancient letter reveals mysteries of Messiah, tell me one.

Mark:  Oh, it is so amazing Sid because for example, God’s name; some people know that the Tetragrammaton, but its Yahweh, we get the word Jehovah from it.  But it’s made up of four Hebrew letters and if you look at the Dead Sea Scrolls some of the Dead Sea Scrolls have this ancient Paleo Hebrew or proto-canaanite language that Moses would have used when he wrote the Torah.  Every Jew know that the “RY” the letter Yod in Hebrew is a hand; that was the picture, it looked like a hand.  Well, the Vav in the ancient Hebrew looked like a nail or a tent peg.  And the letter “RH” sound, the letter Heh in Hebrew means to behold.  It was like a window to reveal something.  So God’s very name in Hebrew is the Yod Ha Vov where we get Yahweh from; but the ancient picture language showed a hand and window, a nail and a window.  The hand revealed, the nail revealed and I can’t help but think that Thomas, who when he saw the nail hands of Messiah says, “My Lord and My God.

Sid:    Mark something else I find interesting is that there are certain books of the Bible that are read on each of these Feasts and for instance, Shavuot, Pentecost.  What books of the bible are read?

Mark:  Yes, on the Feast of Shavuot or Pentecost they read Exodus 19 which has to do with the giving of the Torah.  And they also read the beginnings of the book of Ezekiel which talks about fire coming down.  And then the most important thing that I find is that they read the book of Ruth.  And here is the book of Ruth is about a Gentile lady getting into her Hebrew roots, marrying a Jew and if you’ll notice it talks about the barley harvest which is Passover.  She works the harvest until the wheat harvest which is Pentecost.  And Ruth in Hebrew means friend, so she became a friend, worked the harvest and brought forth the Messiah through King David.  But Orpah the other Lady who had married into Israel she went back to her gods and Orpah in Hebrew means to turn your back on.  So I see Orpah and Ruth representing the Gentile Church that are grafted into Israel, but in these last days there’s going to be a division.  Some are going to be a friend of Israel, work the harvest and bring forth the Messiah.  And some are going to turn their back on Israel and going back to their God.

Sid:  Give me your spin, if you will, on Romans 11:11 which says “Salvation has come to the Gentiles to provoke the Jews to jealousy.

Mark:  Boy, that’s so important.  I think so and the way that we’re going to provoke them to jealousy is not by doing the things according to the traditions of our Gentile Fathers so to speak but as we begin to keep the Feasts they are going to say “Hey, these things are ours.”  And so many Jews are secular, and as they see believers beginning to understand and to love and to have a passion for the feasts days then they are going to say, “Hey these things are ours.”  And they’re going to want to get back to them themselves, the secular Jew.  They’ll be turning back to God’s word themselves and I think that’s going to be exciting.

Sid:  Well, when stadiums are filled up in major cities throughout the world, of predominantly Gentile Christians celebrating the Feasts that most Jews… it’s the same old, old every year.  Are your Feasts same old, same old?

Mark:  Oh, absolutely not, we have people that are passionate, like I said “On Passover we will have almost 1,000 Christians filling the Tacoma Dome to keep Passover.  And I’ve been getting feedback from other Jewish people thinking this is amazing, how come you guys are doing this?

Sid Roth:  Now, our time is slipping away but what last words would you say about observing the Biblical Feasts.  Why do you have such a passion for it?

Mark:  Oh, because I want to be ready. I think that the Lord wants to have a Bride who’s without spot, wrinkle or blemish.  And if we want to be without spot, wrinkle or blemish we need to obey what He says and go to the dress rehearsals and to find out what they’re all about so we can truly be ready.

Sid:  My guest Eddie Rogers is red hot for the Messiah I got pages of miracles that are going on.  You have a Friday night meeting. What type of miracles do you see on Friday night’s Eddie?

Eddie:  Third World miracles in a first world nation, literally just whatever people need.  We’ve seen deaf ears open on Friday nights; we’ve seen all types of back pain, diabetes, has been confirmed healed.  And of course that took a process of a few weeks for it to be noted and to be verified, but literally you name it and it happens.  Anything pain related it’s almost an instant miracle.

Sid:  In 1995 you saw the glory cloud come into a meeting, tell me about it.

Eddie:  I did, it was the most exciting thing I had ever seen up until that point.  During the course of the meeting and you and I were talking and it was a Signs and Wonders Camp meeting in July of 1995.  As the speaker who happened to be Rodney Howard Brown as he was ministering on the platform I saw, I opened my eyes and I looked from the left to the right a cloud that was billowing into the Kiel Auditorium in St Louis, it was so thick you could not see through it.  But it was billowing, it was rolling over and over, and as I was watching it I was exciting unknown to me that nobody else could see it because I was seeing it in the natural, I thought everyone else was seeing what I was seeing.  And I was beating the leg of the person next to me saying “Look, look you can see it.”  And they’re going “See what, stop it, you know, stop what you’re doing.”  And I watched this cloud as it rolled in and Sid when it would get near the people and people would get engulfed in the cloud they were jumping out of their seats and they were running around the auditorium.  The platform was a raised platform and I watched it as it got closer and closer to Rodney and it was just like a fog that it began to envelope him; and the moment he touched him he stopped preaching and he began screaming at the top of his lungs, and running around in a circle.  I’ve never forgot it, it was not only visible but it was tangible.  The glory, it would get on you, it will saturate into you, you can carry it for a period of time I believe, but under an open heaven we can keep this ongoing continuously.

Sid:    By the way, one of my producers asked a question.  “Today, what is your normal prayer life like?”

Eddie:  My normal prayer life is probably not the normal for everybody else, you know the Lord began speaking to me, I was hungry, I’m still hungry, just like you and I know just like many other people are hungry.  And as a matter of fact there’s a young man and your name is Steven, you are a youth pastor in a church and your marriage is on the rocks and you’re even thinking about divorce, you’re having a battle, you are having a struggle, with some things.  And the Lord wants to speak to you right now Steven and tell you He’ll open the heavens for you if you’ll humble yourself, if you’ll repent, if you’ll turn to Him right now again that He will radically turn your ministry around and it will be everything that you ever desired.  Thank you Lord, thank you Lord.  Back to the other, the question, when I really was hungry for the Lord and I began to study the lives of other men of God, their prayer lives and what things was happening in them.  And I have a friend in England and he’s a prophet, he’s from Zimbabwe, the man is just phenomenal and I began to question him. I said, “Well, tell me an example of your prayer life or as he responded back to me the Lord said to me, “If you will do what they do, you can have what they have.”  So I said, “Lord, I’ll do whatever you want, so what do you want?”  And the first thing that the Lord said was, “I want from 2:00 to 5:00 every day, I want it alone just with you.”  Now I was thinking that that was in the afternoon, but it happened to be he meant in the nights.  So since that time, every night, I would have to go to bed early but it always worth it.  I will get up anywhere from 12:00 to 1:00 in the morning and will stay up in prayer until 4:30-5:00 and that’s just one session but that’s a session…

Sid:  Now, when you pray do you spend a lot of time being still, do you pray in unknown tongues the whole time?  Do you just soak under music?  What do you do?

Eddie:  You know, that is a very good question, because I think that everybody wants to know that.  We have to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit because it’s not the same every night.  Some nights Sid, I’ll even ask Him where will I meet you tonight because some night He may tell me to go down stairs or in the living room or we have a building on our property or I’ll go out to the building.  Some nights I feel lead to pray in tongues for maybe two or three hours at one time.  Other times I’ll just get on my face and it will be a time of worship in the presence of God.  And that’s when those angels really come and minister to you.  They will minister with you, they will worship with you, when we get down on our face before the King and worship Him the angels in the room they will prostate themselves along with you and worship Him as well.

Sid:  And you know the way you pray reminds me of a dream you had of an old vehicle with a steeple as to what should really be done in the church, tell me about that dream.

Eddie:  In the dream I was sitting in the back seat of a car and my driver had an old felt hat on, his wife to the right at the passenger seat was humming some song.  We were leaving church and it was a man to my left and another one to my right and I was in the back seat and the countryside was just lovely, it was beautiful.  I knew that we had just left a church service, but it was something like yesteryear like something from the forties.  I mean I was really enjoying the ride until I turned and looked behind me and we were pulling a church steeple behind us and I thought, I thought of that movie with Steve Martin when they were driving off from the gas station pulling the church.  And I mean that was what it reminded me of and apart from that it was a very lovely dream.  But when I woke up this was what the Lord, began to share with me, He said, “This is what most people think that the church is nothing but out for a lovely drive on a Sunday afternoon, The people in the driver’s seat think that they are directing the church but it is my Holy Spirit who’s in charge and whose in the driver’s seat.”  And we’ve got to reverse the idea that we are taking the church where we want to take it, the Lord is taking the church where He wants to take it.

Sid:  Now, how does the Pastor participate in this as opposed to being an obstacle?

Eddie:  The Pastor, well in my opinion first of all he has to satisfy himself as to who he is going to serve, well he serve man or will he serve God?  Will he yield to the pressures of popularity or will he follow the presence of the Holy Spirit?  And I don’t say that lightly, nor do I say it sarcastically, I say it very lovely because it is a true searching out of the heart that every man of God will have to go through.  Will I be a seeker sensitive, will I tend to the needs of everybody or will I build a place that will be Spirit friendly?  And Spirit friendly is if you want miracles, signs, wonders, visitations for angels then we have to make the Holy Spirit the guest of honor and we have to please Him in all of our services regardless of whom it might offend.

Sid:  Easier said than done!

Eddie:  Yes, it is, it definitely is, it is not easy, it is not only with outward struggle but often an inward struggle as well.

Sid:  Well, let’s be candid, if you talk to most Christians about most church services they would say, a one word description “Boring.”

Eddie:  Absolutely.  Sid:  But how can it be boring if God was directing and He’s about ready to take over His Church. Very briefly, you know one of the things I find intriguing about you Eddie is just before you made the move when all the angels and the miracles started developing, you went through such a dry wilderness.  Someone you didn’t know was a witch actually got you on muscle relaxers that you needed to sleep.

Eddie:  Right.

Sid Roth:  It’s almost as there are people that are, you weren’t backslidden, but almost a backslidden state because the devil’s throwing everything he can at you because he knows the breakthrough that’s right around the corner and he wants to abort it.

Eddie:  Absolutely, and just briefly I mean it was because of that I literally did backslide and even reside the pastorate.  But it was there in that wilderness experience that I had that was the cry of my heart.  “Lord I don’t care if I ever preach again, but I can’t live without your Holy Spirit, I must have your presence.”  And I think that that’s got to be the paramount desire, not only of preachers, it has to be the paramount desire of every Christian, of every housewife, every man, every woman, every boy, every girl.  If we will desire the power and the presence of God above everything else that’s what hell fears most is people who carry the manifest presence of God everywhere that they go.

Sid:  My guest is another Jewish man that is red hot for the Messiah, his name Steve Solomon and Steve there was a time when you were sleeping and you had a visitation from the Lord that really excites me, tell me about that.

Steve:  Yeah, actually Sid it was a, I was praying and fell asleep

Sid:  Yeah, but you tell me you fall asleep when you pray.  Ha-ha.

Steve:  I know and I fell asleep and I went into a trance this time, this is like 1975 early 1975.  I went into a trans and I knew that I was in a meeting and it was like a huge auditorium and Jesus was standing at my right hand and I saw the preacher, I saw the people.  And it was obviously like the 1940’s or early 1950’s the way that people were dressed, you could just tell that’s where I was.  And as He spoke these words, I heard these words like I was awake like He spoke them audibly to me and He said “Stretch forth thy hand to heal the sick.”  And so I woke up and my whole body was like shaking and being a, you know I really wanted the Word of God more than anything in my life.  And I said, “Lord if that was really You then give me a scripture.”  Now if that would happen today Sid, you know we would say hey, “Thank God.”  So “Lord, give me a scripture.”  And immediately Spirit of God spoke to my heart Deuteronomy 2:7.  And I turned over there and it said, “For the Lord thy God has blessed thee in all the works of thy hand.”  And I said, “Lord, if it’s really You, I need two scriptures.”  Well, out of the mouth of two of three witnesses.  And He said, “Exodus 19:5” and Exodus 19:5 essentially says, “If thou wilt obey my voice indeed.”  So I knew that I was suppose to start praying for the sick and we started praying for people who were sick and people started getting healed.

Sid:  Tell me some of the healings that have been going on when you’ve ministered.

Steve:  Well, we’ve had I remember when we first started 1975 we were holding a meeting, the Pastor of a Four Square Church in Orlando, Central Foursquare Church, Pastor Gordon Beard.  My mother-in-law was a charter member there at that church and my wife was raised in that church so we had some meetings there.  And a couple remarkable miracles happened, one lady who was pregnant about seven or eight months pregnant and I didn’t know this.  She had her thyroid gland taken out and she came forward in the meeting laid hands on her and prayed.  Went back to her doctor, she went home and stopped taking her medicine.  Now we don’t tell anyone to stop taking their medicine, but she did and she’s pregnant now.  She goes back to her doctor a week later and the doctor runs more tests and the same doctor that took the thyroid gland out told her that she had a brand new thyroid gland.  Another guy who had a severe, a young man in his thirties who had severe back problems who could hardly stand up straight; he was in the back of the church and the Lord gave me a word of knowledge about a person who needed a miracle in their back and pointed to him.  He feel out on this wood floor, no catchers and everyone you know kind of gasped and screamed because he’s a pretty big guy, made a huge crash when he fell to the floor.  Got up, went back to his doctors and we’ve talked to him about six or seven months ago, from thirty years ago or so he’s still healed to this day.  And we’ve seen just many people just healed.

Sid:  Now, you went to Kenya and the gift of prophesy really manifested, but before you’ve even talk about the gift of prophesy did you see many miracles?

Steve:  The interesting thing about that is, I was looking for the lame, the hauled, the widow, the blind and I didn’t see hardly any sick people.  We saw some people healed and testified, but the man who brought me there, Bishop Arthur Katanga who has about 5,000 churches in Africa.  It was a miracle; I met him through a gift of healing in his younger brother, that’s another story.  He told me that “Don’t be concerned with praying for the sick, God’s sent you to Kenya to prophesy to this nation and to end the draught that’s here, which happened in ’06.

Sid:  And tell me those circumstances.

Steve:  The short story is that his brother came to our church in ’05; answered an altar call on a Sunday morning, prayed for him, he’d been an alcoholic for over twenty years.  He was totally healed when he got off the floor.  I never knew this, three or four months later, he called me, wanted me to meet his brother.  I didn’t even know that he was from Africa, his brother is Bishop Arthur Katanga and they came in my office and Bishop Katanga, and I said “Why do you want to meet me?”  “Because I want to meet the man that cast the devil out of my younger brother, he’s been free of alcohol, we’ve been praying for him for over twenty years.”  “I want you to come preach for us in Kenya.”  And it never worked out, the dates, we had to cancel dates, his schedule, my schedule, finally the beginning of January ’06 I saw an article that how Kenya had been in the midst of a 3 ½ year draught.  And the Spirit of God told me to call Bishop Katanga and tell him “That the reason that I’m to come to Kenya was to prophesy that the draught was over and that the rain was coming.”  I called him up and he said, “Come in March,” we made our plans and we got there and the national media met us at the airport.  They asked me, “What I brought for the poor people of Kenya?”  And I told them these words that got played all over the country, that “If I brought a hundred cargo planes with food and water it would not be enough.”  But “Thus sayeth the Lord of hosts, “God has heard the prayer of the Kenyan people and in the next few days it’s going to start to rain and the rain will not stop until the draught is over.”

Sid:  Now, my experience is that many prophets who prophesy time miss it big time, were you a little nervous making such a…I mean when you say a few days I would take that literally.

Steve:  Yes and my wife did too and my wife was more concerned.  I just knew that it had to be God; I said “Lord, I’m way over my head now, so this better be You or we’re in big trouble.”  So a few days later the rain started.  As a matter of fact that first night meeting the Lord had me say “That the night that we leave the deluge will begin.”  The night we flew out of Kenya twelve days later, it started pouring and raining, we almost didn’t make it out of the airport that night on the plane the rain was so hard.  And the reports in all of the year 2006 it started raining in the middle of March, it didn’t stop until January of ’07, it flooded in seven out of the eight districts.  The newspapers were reporting that people were complaining because the animals were gorging themselves over all of the grass and dying because of overeating.  But people have, and you can look this up, that people 70-80 years of age have never seen rain like this in all their life.  And God miraculously sent not just a rainy season in the first time in 3 ½ years, but it rained for most of year and flooded many parts of the country and it was a miracle and they count it as a miracle to this day.

Sid:  Steve, God has obviously supernaturally called you to a healing ministry and time has proven that this is true.  What have you learned about, I mean most Christians say, “I believe God heals, but what about me.”

Steve:  Yeah.

Sid:  Give us a couple of keys you’ve found to receive healing for ourselves.

Steve:   And that’s, what a great question because we love God and we believe for everyone else when it comes time when I’m going through it myself, when the affliction is on my body it’s easy for me to agree for you, but when it’s on me; and this is human nature we start looking ourselves.  And do you know what Sid, the devil always wants to accuse us and condemn us, you’re not good enough, you didn’t pray long enough, you didn’t believe long enough, you should have fasted.  It’s always you should have done something, could have done something, would have done something and the devil is the accuser, but listen, “God sent His Son before we knew how to pray.”  God sent His Son to us, if He gave Him to save me, as Roman’s 8 says, if didn’t spare the beloved of His own heart and bosom for my salvation, then how much more shall all these things be done.  So I just want to help people today and tell you listen, “Get off the blame, shame train,” don’t let the devil put you on it because God loved you while you were His enemy anyway to save you, how much more is it easy to receive healing in your body. And get your eyes off your body, get your eyes off and cast off those thoughts down that you’re going to die and this is going to happen and get your eyes on Jesus who paid the price.  By His stripes Sid, either we were healed or not, or weren’t healed, either we were saved or we weren’t saved.  And it’s all about Jesus, it’s not about us and if we got salvation by unmerited favor, we can get His healing by the same way.  “Lord thank you, save me and I shall be saved, heal me and I shall be healed and I thank you Lord.”  “In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”  Start to thank Him for your healing before you feel it, before you see it, before you are and you’ll see the glory of God in your life.

Sid:  Steve we’re going to play a selection which there are two of my favorites, this is soooo spectacular this music, it’s from your CD of Riverwalk DNA and the song is River of Life and I have to tell you there is such a supernatural happiness that comes from this song, I mean I can imagine what happens when this is played at your church.

Steve:  Well, what we’re saying in that song is “Lord you know we’re going to be in Your river and Ezekiel said, “Don’t be satisfied to your ankles, to your knees, or two your waist, it’s rivers to swim in,”  Total trust, total dependency in the fountain, He is the fountain of everything wonderful in our life.
