Sid: My guest her name is Bridgette Gabriel, and this is a book I got a hold of and as I was reading it I said, “This is a book that everyone listening to me must read because Bridgette’s life was a prophetic life, it was what she lived is what is shortly going to happen to America.” There is an understanding that this today because of what she lived and what she went through she is a Terrorism Expert she also understand the news very well, she was a World News Anchor in the Arabic language in the Middle East. Her book has been sent to every congressman and senator to the President of the United States and you told me Bridgette that your book is actually being used by the FBI; in what way?
Bridgette: In teaching about Islamic ideology and theology and the mind of the terrorist and how they operate. In teaching FBI agents on where the terrorist cells are in the country, how they are nurtured by the Muslim community, and what to look out for. This type of information is detailed in my book.
Sid: Okay, let’s take you back where we left off yesterday, your life is being threatened because you were a Christian your only crime is you’re not Islamic. You’re in a bomb shelter which was created to protect you from the Israelis. However it turned out that the Israelis were you’re only friends in the Middle East and a missile hit your bomb shelter; what happened next?
Bridgette: Correct, my mother became wounded as she was running into the bomb shelter by an Islamic shell falling in front of the bomb shelter. We had to take her to Israel for treatment. For my mother it was a life-saving experience.
Sid: But you must have been, you must have been very concerned because of what you were taught in the school system and through the media of even going to a hospital in Israel.
Bridgette: Well, not at that time because since I was ten years old and for the previous seven years the Jews saved our lives and Israel was in South Lebanon and was around my bomb shelter protecting us. So I knew that the Jews were our friends and that they were not going to kill us, but when my mother was wounded and we had to take her to Israeli hospital for treatment that’s when I really saw the fabric of the Israeli people as a society as a culture that was under war and how they reacted and treated their enemies the Muslims and the Palestinians who were brought into Israel. That’s when I saw the human side the compassion, the civilization of the Israeli culture because as you know that it is only under pressure and distress situation when people true colors really shine. I remember being taking to the Israeli hospital for treatment and I remember walking into the hospital into the emergency room in Israel, where hundreds of people were laying on the floor brought in from Lebanon. They were Muslim terrorist brought in, they were Palestinians brought in, Lebanese Muslims, Lebanese Christians, IDF members and I couldn’t believe my eyes. The Israeli doctors were treating everyone according to they’re injury; they didn’t see religion; they didn’t see political affiliation; they didn’t see nationality, they saw people in need and they helped. The doctors treated my mother before they treated the Israeli soldier laying next to her because her injury was more severe. I remember going to the fourth floor of the hospital and we were not in the room but maybe five minutes and I heard all this commotion outside our balcony. I went out to see what was happening and two Israeli helicopters had just landed and they were taking out Israeli soldiers from the helicopters into the emergency room. And I remember standing at the balcony looking down at this scene feeling sick to my stomach after all these people are wounded because the war with my country. And I remember being surrounded by families of Israeli soldiers, you know mothers and fathers and sisters and brothers. I didn’t make any eye contact with anyone because I didn’t know how they were going to react to me after all I’m Lebanese I’m an Arab this war is – their loved ones are wounded because of the war with my country. And then I saw this tapping on my shoulder and an Israeli nurse was standing next to me and she said, “You are new here aren’t you.” And I said “Yes, they just brought in my mother she’s in this room.” And this lady puts her arm around me and hugs me and she says “If you need anything just call my name, my name is Leah.” And I remember breaking down crying, sobbing because for the first time in my life I experienced civilization, I experienced a human quality that I knew for fact did not exist in my culture.
Sid: But this is a Jew, this is in Israel where you were taught they were the enemy.
Bridgette: Exactly, I knew for fact if I was a Jew standing in any hospital in the Arabic world I would have killed, thrown to death as shouts of joy of “Allahu Akbar” would echo through the hospital and down the surrounding street. I spent twenty-two days in that hospital, I knew that the Jews had something even I did not have, they were able to love and forgive their enemy, the Palestinians in a way I wasn’t able to and I was the Christian who was suppose to love like Jesus taught. Those days in the hospital changed my life; it changed the way I believe information, the way I watch television, the way I listen to the radio because I realize that the Arabic world feeds it’s population propaganda and fabricated lies about the Jews and Israel that is so far from reality. And I vowed that I would go back to Israel and live amongst those people where the values I respected, whose character I admired, who they had something I wanted to have in my life because they had love, civilization, compassion, kindness, and forgiveness that did not exist in the Arabic culture including Lebanon. And I was able to move to Israel and work in Israel in 1984 until 1989 as news anchor for world news.
Sid: Bridgette because of the nature of your book “Because They Hate” which we’re making available. I would have to think that you have a life threatening position is that true?
Bridgette: Yes it is true.
Sid: So why do you do that, you’re a mother, you’re a house wife; why do you do that, why do you put your life on the line?
Bridgette: Because in life you cannot turn a blind eye to evil, you have to stand up and be counted and I’m a firm believer that God uses His people to make a difference. You know you can sit and read your Bible in your bedroom, but that doesn’t really change the world, prayer needs to be accompanies by action. God needs His people to act with authority, with conviction, with passion. We have a problem in this country, we have lost our passion to stand up and fight and be willing to die fighting in order to protect the freedom that we have. Just like our founding fathers crossed oceans and came to this country and stood up and fought and many of them died broke in order to create the America that we have today. And in order for us to preserve America for our children so we may pass to them what our founding father passed to us we must stand up and we must speak with boldness and authority. If we don’t do it who else will? It is those who stay silent that give the evil people the authority and power to kill, to do mayhem on others, and to take control of territories. It is when good people stay silent is when evil dwells and takes over and we cannot allow that to happen.
Sid: Now this happened in the home of your birth in Lebanon. Now you’re a U.S. citizen and you don’t want to see it happen here.
Bridgette: No I don’t want to see it happen in America and we want to educate American’s and give American’s tips as to what they can do in their local communities to make a difference.
Sid: Alright let me ask you a question what is going on in masques in America behind closed doors, are they Mecca’s for terrorism?
Bridgette: Oh, that’s a great question, and I actually discuss a study in the book “Because They Hate” about the hate teaching in mosques in the United States. Saudi Arabia who controls and funds 90% of the mosques in America has provided books and publications which were collected by an organization called Freedom House we did a study where they went undercover and collected over 200 books and publications in Arabic provided by the government of Saudi Arabia to teach Muslim in America how to deal with infidels living on their soil; and here’s what they’re teaching: In their relations with all Muslims these Saudi books and publications repeatedly exhort Muslims to quote “Hate them for their religion,” meaning us Christians and Jews; to “hate them for Allah’s sake; always oppose them in every way, maintain a wall of resentment against them.” They say that democracy is “Responsible for all the horrible wars of the 20th century and that attractive names like democracy, justice, freedom, brotherhood and equality cause all of the world’s problems.” They say that the religious duty of every Muslim to impose “functionally Islamic government on every country in the world. This religious duty is binding in principle, in law, in self-defense and community and as a sacred obligation of Jihad. And in order to fulfill the sacred obligation of Jihad. And in order to fulfill the sacred obligation of Jihad they must, and I continue quoting, “Invade it’s western heartland and struggle to overcome it until all the world shouts by the name of the Prophet Mohammed and the teaching of Islam and spread throughout the world only, then will Moslems achieve their fundamental goal all religion will be exclusively for Allah.” This is what they’re teaching in mosques Sid while we in churches and our temples teach tolerance and forgiveness and love and understanding each other and having dialogue with each other and coming and reasoning together. In the mosques in the United States they’re teaching hatred, they’re teaching the overthrow of democracy, they’re teaching resentment of Christians and Jews.
Sid: So why do we allow these mosques throughout America?
Bridgette: Well, in the name of freedom of religion.
Sid: Okay, let me ask you this question, “Our borders are porous, do you believe that many terrorist are just coming into our borders at the current time?”
Bridgette: Yes Sid, that’s a great question, the terrorist are working now with the Mexican drug cartels, with the MS-13 gang which is the most notorious gang in the United States and in Mexico. al-Qaeda is paying between $25,000 to $50,000 per terrorist to the MS-13 gang to be smuggled into the country. Hezbollah is doing the same thing, we estimate over 13,000 terrorist have been smuggled into the United States since September 11th.
