Sid Roth welcomes Ricky and Jeannie Sinclair

SID:  Hello, Sid Roth, your investigative reporter, here with Ricky and Jeannie. Ricky the fact that you at age 22, had a life sentence in front of you; that interests me, but not really; The fact that God got you out in, how many years?

RICKY:  Four years, I did almost four years.

SID:  In four years, that interests me; but not really.  Here’s the thing interests me.  Ricky and his wife walk in such supernatural, not a natural type of love, but a supernatural level of life, and love, that is literally tangible.  Jeannie, what is your marriage like since Ricky understood how to walk in this love?

JEANNIE:  Sid, when he first came home from prison, he was very rigid, very abrasive, and I really didn’t care for his type of religion because I saw no love in that.   Coming out of prison with a bunch of men, I guess that’s the way it is, there’s not a lot of compassion, and that type of thing within the system.  So once he came home, I think God used us to sharpen each other. It took a little while, at first it was like a flip-flop, at first I was the one, “You can’t talk to people like that, you can’t, you can’t.” I mean he would be perfectly right, but you know you can be perfectly right and wound people, cut them up and leave them dying. And then after a while it was like a change, and it seemed I had some hardness in my heart, and he started getting the revelation about the deep love of God, about how, no matter who we are, where we’ve come from, what we’ve done, God loves us so greatly with a love that just transcends any kind of understanding. And through that love he started loving me in that manner and it softened my heart Only that love could do it because he tried the “You’re going to submit to me, woman,” and he tried the, “You quit being rebellious or you’re going to go to hell.”   He finally just let all that go and started loving me right where I was. And I think I was his greatest project.

SID:  And you know what’s going on?  The fact that he could move into the love and win you, that’s what he did, was a test. He could have left you; you could have left him. It was a test the two of you went through and because you passed that test. Do you know they have over 800 people in church?  How long ago did you start it?

RICKY:  A little less than four years ago.

SID: Can you imagine this?  I wanted you to see a miracle cam of someone with liver cancer. Did you know there is no cure for liver cancer, and someone with aids, you about the cure rate for aids?   From their church!  Just sitting under this atmosphere of supernatural love; let’s go to that clip.

Clip:  My medical records reveal that there was a well circumscribed mass along the left interior lobe of the liver measuring 2.3 x 1.74 x 3.5 cm. I was telling a friend about this over the phone.  My little boys overheard me, and when I took them to a prayer, Bible study, their little friends gathered around me and prayed the prayer of faith.  That following Monday I went back to the doctor.  I had a subsequent cat scan and ultra sound which revealed no mass in my liver.  I truly believe that God healed me of that tumor.  But God also healed me and delivered me from a life of sin.  I was in bondage to cocaine, alcohol and gambling, and He set me free.    Second Speaker on Clip:  Right before I came to the church I had been diagnosed, I had a blood test done and I was HIV Positive.  God told me shortly after I had come into the church and got into a program that they have, a discipleship program for women, God told me to go back and get another blood test, and I did, and it was negative. And there are a lot more medical things that go on, I’m not going to get into right now, but I will tell you I was HIV positive and I am HIV negative now and that’s God, and nobody else can do that, but God. He is an awesome God. He has given me so much. He has given me my family back, my husband, my children. They wanted to have me arrested, they wanted, my son would let me sleep in his car in the wintertime, but he wouldn’t let me in his house. Now he loves me, I see my grandchildren, my whole entire life is changed and it can happen for anybody else. Jesus came and died for our sins, my sins, and it didn’t matter what I had done. He did it for me.

SID:  Amazing, there’s no cure for liver cancer.   People die every day from AIDS. Only a supernatural power, that is literally invading you right now; that same supernatural power that healed the two people that you just saw. Ricky, in your church, people are being healed, I mean, a lot, a little, you tell me?

RICKY:  Not only are they being healed, they are being set free, marriages are being restored.  The joy is coming back into people’s hearts and lives, encouragement.  It’s just life, and it comes through love, Sid. Many times, when people just walk through the doors, because of the atmosphere of the supernatural, which is just simply the love of God, it transforms,

SID:  Are hundreds of people being healed?

RICKY:  Hundreds of people are being healed, they’re being restored, they’re being delivered they’re being saved, they are being set free

SID:  Homosexuals?

RICKY:  Homosexuals

SID:  Marriages?

RICKY:  Marriages

SID:  Listen, we have ordinary people that have an extraordinary God.  And we are making available for you to send us a home video of the miracle God had done in your life, you will get information a little later on in the program. But Ricky, I am so intrigued by this love, this supernatural love. I asked you, and you said you didn’t even know how it happened, it just happened. But, people are loved starved.  But it’s not a natural type of love.

RICKY:  Sid, I realize this, that, what it’s all about, and of course all the things that I went through, I tried the things of the world, I tried the money, I tried the drugs, I tried the partying, I tried the fast lane lifestyle, but what I realized through all of that was, I asked myself, what is the vision, what is the purpose of life, what in the world am I doing in a place called planet earth. What is validity?  What is purpose? And I realized that what life was all about was just simply this:  to love God, and our Maker and our Creator, and to love precious people

SID:  But, wait a second.  It’s fine to say that, it says that in the Bible, that’s good. But the truth of the matter is, where the rubber meets the road, how does someone get to the realm?

RICKY:  You got to make the decision

JEANNIE:  Love is a choice.  Our tagline is “Transforming lives with the love of Jesus.” Because when people get on your nerves, and you are aggravating one another, we tell them, “Look, we’re all a family, and families don’t always get along together, but families love and they forgive one another, and they move on.”   And that’s what we do. We say, “It’s not some bed of roses, It’s not, you know, everybody just floats around on a cloud loving on each other. We annoy one another sometimes. That’s the reality of life. That’s different personalities. You know, we work through conflicts; we don’t run away, we don’t let people run away. We tell them, “Look, let’s work through these issues, let’s work through these things.

RICKY:  We deal with people on a practical

JEANNIE:  We try to help them mature

RICKY:  We deal with people on a practical level.  We deal with character defects.

SID:  Tell me one person comes to mind, and what happened to them?

RICKY:  John Meyers called me five years ago.  He tried to commit suicide and I asked him if he knew God. He said he didn’t know God, so I led him in a prayer to God, in the name of Jesus and then I brought him to Louisiana, he was in Virginia. His wife had kicked him out of the house, had put all his stuff on the road. And he came.  Now he is totally delivered, totally set free. His family is restored, put back together. They’re all in church.   Their whole lives are transformed and changed because of the love.

SID:  It is love.  And in Judaism, we have a prayer that goes like this: Hear oh Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord you God, and as I share this, those of you who need healing, who need an encounter with God through Jesus, the atmosphere is changing in your home. The Lord is God.   And you shall love the Lord your God with all you heart, with all your mind, with all your soul, with all your strength, and you shall love your neighbor as yourself. And I pray for a supernatural impartation of, not natural love, not even a love between husband and wife, not even love between mother and a child as great as that is, but I pray for an impartation of God’s love. And I tell you that ears are being opened, backs are being healed, and headaches are gone, tumors are gone, curses are broken. Just bask in the love of God right now, because it’s here. And as I said, this isn’t spectator sport; you’re receiving. That’s it! Just receive the love of God.  He really does love you. Really does.
